EQUINE PHYSIOTHERAPIST/HORSE TRAINER

HORSE MOBILIZATION / COACHING

A horse that feels good about themselves performs better, is much nicer to handle and to train with.

I use a combination of different techniques in my equine mobilization sessions depending on their individual needs.

If you experience any of the symptoms below then mobilization sessions could help your horse. Please note that mobilization never replaces veterinary care - if you suspect that your horse has a lameness or injury, go to a veterinarian.

  • Decreased performance/ fatigue

  • Resistance, hesitation and weakness in riding

  • Difficulties in canter/ falls into a cross canter

  • Difficult to bend to the left /to the right

  • Stiffness in left/ right lead

  • Crookedness / tracks incorrectly

  • Movement restrictions

  • Difficulties in collection

  • Impared shoulder freedom

  • Uneven or rigid movement pattern

  • Discomfort when the horse is saddled

  • Prolonged swelling/ edema

  • Mood: the horse becomes easily stressed, is nervous, depressed and unwilling to work, unhappy when saddling//brushing
